We’re excited to introduce Live Link sharing, a powerful new way to share real-time campaign results from Heylist’s Results page. With this update, brands and teams can instantly provide collaborators, stakeholders, or clients with direct access to a public-facing version of a campaign’s performance—without requiring a login.

Whether you're sharing progress with internal teams or keeping partners in the loop, Live Link sharing simplifies access while keeping your campaign data fresh and transparent. Let’s dive into how this works and how it can elevate your collaboration workflow.

Real-time insights, accessible to anyone with the link

No more screenshots or static reports. Now, when you click the “Share” button on a campaign’s Results page, Heylist generates a public link that opens the real-time version of the report in a new window. Anyone with the link can see the campaign’s latest performance data, no login required.

Why it matters: This is perfect for sharing results with external teams, clients, or even creators who want to see the impact of their content. It’s fast, secure, and fully up to date.

Limitations to keep in mind

To ensure optimal performance and maintain data integrity, a few features are currently disabled in Live Link view:

  • TikTok and Instagram post downloads are not available through the shared view.
  • Multi-campaign reports do not currently support sharing via Live Link.

We’re actively working on expanding compatibility in future releases, based on your feedback.

How to use it

  1. Navigate to the Results page of any individual campaign.
  2. Click the “Share” button in the upper right corner.
  3. A new window will open with the public view of that campaign’s performance.
  4. Copy the link from your browser and share it with anyone who needs access.

It’s that easy.
