At its core, Drop-In turns campaign outreach into a two-way street. Instead of creators waiting to be invited, clients can now activate Drop-In on campaigns, allowing creators to self-identify and join a waitlist with a single click.

Here’s how it works:

  • When Drop-In is enabled, campaigns are shared via email to eligible creators.
  • Any connected creator who clicks the link is automatically added to the campaign’s waitlist.
  • A notification is sent straight to the creator’s Heylist dashboard confirming their interest.

This shift helps brands tap into real-time interest from creators who are already excited about the opportunity.

Easy access for new creators

Drop-In is not just for existing Heylist creators. New and unconnected creators can also engage:

  • They’ll be prompted to complete their profile and connect their social accounts.
  • Once onboarded, they’re instantly added to the waitlist—no extra steps required.

This reduces friction in the application process and expands the talent pool for brands in a more authentic, organic way.
