The phone number is a required part of your shipping details, and it's there for deliveries: couriers routinely need a contact number to complete or reschedule a drop-off of campaign products. It isn't used for marketing calls.

Everything on Heylist itself happens in writing — brands reach you through in-app Messages, invitations and updates arrive by email and as dashboard notifications, content approval runs through the app, and support is by email at support@heylist.com. So if you're Deaf or hard of hearing, or simply prefer not to take calls, you can use Heylist end to end without ever being on a phone call.
