On the lists page, use Import CSV. The expected format is one row per creator with creatorid and listid columns.

Upload, then Preview changes — you'll see exactly what will be added, removed, status-changed, left unchanged, and any errors (creator IDs not found, lists not found, lists in another workspace) before you confirm.
