Go to Account → Connect your socials and choose Instagram. You'll log in through Facebook, opt in to all current and future pages and accounts, and then select the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram professional account.

Your Instagram must be a professional (Creator or Business) account, not a personal one — the app explains the difference and links to a guide for switching.
