Enable Custom fields and add a field with a name, a value and an optional description that shows as a tooltip. Choose whether the value is the same for all creators or unique per creator, and choose its visibility: internal (never shown to creators), visible once invited, visible once confirmed, or hidden until you manually reveal it.

Per-creator values are then filled in from the creators table, including by CSV upload.
