From the campaign's Discovery or Creators tab, search or browse and use Invite to campaign, or add them from an existing list. Creators go in as Selected (will be invited) or Waitlisted (backups).

The Creators tab also shows recommended creators generated from your brief, plus suggested creators other brands have enjoyed working with.
