In the brief, set a Destination link — the page you want traffic sent to. Turn on Enable unique links and Heylist generates a personal link per creator and tracks the clicks, which then show up in results as total clicks, clicks over time, and your top five creators by clicks.

Destination links require the campaign to include Instagram Stories, since that's the only format that carries a link.
