Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Lead to own and scale our content engine across multiple channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, audience growth, and demand generation through high-impact content—spanning social media, SEO-driven blog content, email marketing, and multimedia initiatives like webinars, podcasts, and events.
You’ll define the content strategy, execute across channels, and continuously optimize performance based on data. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically and execute quickly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Content & Distribution
- Own and execute the social media strategy across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
- Plan and publish high-performing content (short-form, threads, carousels, video)
- Optimize for reach, engagement, and brand positioning
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase visibility and virality
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create compelling assets
2. SEO / GEO Blog Strategy
- Lead the editorial calendar for SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Produce and manage high-quality blog content targeting strategic keywords
- Optimize content for search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms
- Analyze performance (traffic, rankings, conversions) and iterate accordingly
- Manage freelancers or internal writers as needed
3. Email Marketing
- Own lifecycle and campaign-based email marketing
- Create newsletters, product updates, and conversion-focused sequences
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging
- Optimize for open rates, CTR, and conversions through testing
4. Webinars, Podcasts & Events
- Plan and execute webinars, podcast episodes, and virtual/in-person events
- Manage content production from ideation to distribution
- Coordinate guests, speakers, and promotional campaigns
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats (clips, posts, articles)

Requirements
- 6+ years in content marketing, growth, or related roles
- Proven track record of growing an audience or driving acquisition through content
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of SEO (and emerging GEO practices)
- Experience with social media growth and distribution tactics
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on

- On-camera or podcast hosting experience
