Why can I connect to Facebook but not see any Pages listed?

Encountering a "no page found" error? This indicates that while Heylist can access your Facebook profile, it's unable to fetch any page listings. This usually means a necessary permission is missing.

Here’s how you can solve this:

  1. Confirm a Facebook Page Exists:
    First, ensure you have a Facebook page created. Then, make sure your Instagram page is properly linked to this Facebook page. Detailed instructions can be found in Step 7 of our guide here: Switching from Instagram Personal to Creator Account.
  2. Reauthorize Permissions:
    Log in once more, granting access specifically to the Businesses, Pages, and Instagram Accounts that are relevant to you. If your account operates through Meta Business Suite, access needs to be granted to that specific business.
  3. Check Login Methods:
    Heylist offers two login options. If you haven’t tried it yet, select the “I have a personal account” option for a more straightforward process that helps link your Instagram to your Facebook page accurately.

Should you alter your Facebook/Meta/Instagram account settings, it's crucial to go through the login steps on Heylist again. If you're logged into Facebook on our platform, look for the “Logout Instagram” link at the bottom to sign out and then sign in again.
