About The Role
Heylist is searching for a driven and execution-focused Vice President of Sales, a strategic leader who will own and accelerate revenue growth while building scalable commercial operations. You’ll lead the evolution of our go-to-market strategy, strengthen our market presence, and help position Heylist as a category leader in the creator economy.
You’ll work across sales, partnerships, and business development while collaborating closely with Product and Marketing to align innovation with customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute Heylist’s sales and growth strategy across North America.
- Lead and scale commercial functions including sales, partnerships, and business development.
- Develop new markets and strengthen relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Implement modern sales processes, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue operations.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to optimize positioning, pricing, and commercial offerings.
- Contribute to strategic discussions related to company growth, fundraising, and expansion.
- Stay close to customers and market trends to identify emerging opportunities and drive innovation.
- Prepare and present sales performance updates for quarterly Board meetings.
Qualifications
- Bring 8+ years of leadership experience in sales, revenue, or growth roles.
- Have experience in SaaS, AI, MarTech, AdTech, influencer marketing, or digital media environments.
- Have a proven track record of driving revenue growth in high-growth companies.
- Understand modern GTM strategies, partnerships, and technology-driven sales environments.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Thrive in startup environments: fast-moving, collaborative, and data-driven.
- Lead with clarity, accountability, and a strong people-first mindset.
- Are energized by innovation, entrepreneurship, and the creator economy.
