Role Overview

As RevOps, you'll partner with GTM leadership to design and run our revenue engine. You'll own CRM, forecasting, pipeline reporting, territory design, and sales enablement infrastructure, turning our GTM funnel into a system that scales from lead to closed-won to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM & GTM Stack

  • Own and evolve the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) and connected GTM stack
  • Standardize processes and data across Marketing, Sales, and CS
  • Maintain data quality and governance across GTM systems

2. Forecasting & Reporting

  • Design and run forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting
  • Build dashboards and analyses that surface bottlenecks and drive decisions
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews

3. Programs & Enablement

  • Support territory and quota design, comp planning, and sales enablement
  • Partner with Marketing on funnel integrity and lead handoffs
  • Partner with CS on renewals and expansion motion

What You'll Own

  • GTM systems, processes, and data quality
  • Forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue analytics
  • Cross-functional programs that improve the funnel

Requirements

  • 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops in SaaS
  • Deep experience with CRM administration and reporting (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills; SQL and spreadsheets are daily tools
  • Excellent process design and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation, sales engagement, and CS platforms
  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, or creator platforms
