About the Role
As Product Marketing Director, you'll own the strategy that connects our product innovation with market success. You'll lead product positioning, messaging, pricing support, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution for new products and features. Working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you'll ensure every launch drives awareness, adoption, and revenue while continuously optimizing performance through customer and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead Heylist's product marketing strategy across all products and markets.
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and platform releases.
- Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Heylist in the market.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product launches with commercial objectives.
- Lead competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
- Build launch frameworks, sales enablement materials, and product marketing playbooks that scale.
- Measure product adoption, launch performance, customer engagement, and revenue impact, using insights to continuously improve results.
- Establish the product marketing function, processes, and best practices as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Go-to-Market leadership within SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, AI, or technology companies.
- Proven success leading product launches and driving customer adoption in high-growth environments.
- Strong expertise in positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and product storytelling.
- Experience partnering with Product, Sales, and Executive teams to influence business strategy.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building new processes and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and French.
