Role Overview
We're looking for a Product Manager to own one or more product areas at Heylist. You'll talk to customers, size opportunities, define outcomes, write specs, work closely with Engineering and Design to ship, and measure what happens after. You'll help build the product management craft as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Discovery & Strategy
- Run customer discovery through interviews, usage data, and feedback loops
- Size opportunities and prioritize them against company goals
- Contribute to the product roadmap and long-term vision
2. Delivery
- Write clear specs and drive alignment with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
- Break down ambiguous problems into shippable increments
- Own scope, timeline, and quality trade-offs through delivery
3. Adoption & Iteration
- Partner with Data to instrument, measure, and iterate on features post-launch
- Coordinate launches with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Track adoption and outcomes, feeding learnings back into the roadmap
What You'll Own
- Product areas end to end: discovery, delivery, and adoption
- Measurable outcomes for your area of the product
- Cross-functional alignment on scope, priorities, and launch plans
Requirements
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment
- Track record of shipping impactful features and driving adoption
- Strong customer discovery, prioritization, and communication skills
- Comfort with data: you can pull it, read it, and act on it
- Fluent in English and French
Nice to Have
- Experience in MarTech, AdTech, influencer marketing, or creator platforms
- Experience with data or AI-powered products
