Role Overview
As Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the marketing team across content, campaigns, events, and social. You'll manage timelines, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, publish content, and help us ship polished work quickly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaigns & Content
- Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns across channels
- Publish and schedule content on our blog, website, and social channels
- Support production of assets with design, copy, and video contributors
2. Events & Programs
- Support event execution: webinars, conferences, and community programs
- Coordinate speakers, vendors, and logistics
- Repurpose event content into ongoing campaigns
3. Operations & Reporting
- Manage the marketing calendar and keep the team aligned
- Track campaign performance and help report on results
- Support tooling, vendor management, and light analytics

Requirements
- 1+ years of marketing experience (internships count)
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with modern marketing tools (CMS, social, email, analytics)
- Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English and French
Nice to Have
- Experience with creator marketing, social platforms, or B2B SaaS marketing
- Design or copywriting instincts
