Role Overview

As CS Ops, you'll partner with the Head of Customer Success to design and run the CS engine at Heylist. You'll own tooling, playbooks, health scoring, forecasting, and reporting, working cross-functionally with RevOps, Data, and Product.

Key Responsibilities

1. Tooling & Workflows

  • Own and improve the CS tech stack and workflows
  • Design and maintain playbooks, onboarding flows, and account health frameworks
  • Integrate CS tools with CRM, product, and data systems

2. Reporting & Forecasting

  • Build retention, expansion, and health reporting for CS leadership
  • Support renewal forecasting and pipeline hygiene
  • Instrument the customer journey from onboarding onward

3. Cross-functional Programs

  • Partner with RevOps, Data, and Product on shared initiatives
  • Improve handoffs between Sales, CS, and Support
  • Roll out enablement, training, and process changes to the CS team

What You'll Own

  • CS tooling, workflows, and playbooks
  • CS reporting, health scoring, and forecasting
  • Continuous improvement of the customer journey

Requirements

  • 3+ years in CS Ops, RevOps, or a related operations role in SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL is a plus)
  • Experience with CS platforms (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar) and CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Excellent process design and cross-functional communication skills
  • Fluent in English and French

Nice to Have

  • Experience with usage data, product analytics, and dashboards
  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, or creator platforms

Success Metrics

  • CSM productivity and adoption of tooling and playbooks
  • Accuracy of forecasting and health scoring
  • Improvements in retention, expansion, and onboarding metrics
