Role Overview

As CSM, you'll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of Heylist customers. You'll onboard them, drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and act as their strategic partner, working closely with Sales, Product, and Support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Adoption

  • Own onboarding for new customers and set them up for early wins
  • Drive adoption of Heylist features across your accounts
  • Deliver training, best practices, and enablement content

2. Relationship & Retention

  • Build strong relationships with marketing leaders and campaign managers
  • Run quarterly business reviews and success planning
  • Proactively surface risks and coordinate cross-functional saves

3. Expansion & Advocacy

  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them
  • Turn happy customers into references, case studies, and advocates
  • Bring customer feedback to Product to shape the roadmap

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B SaaS role
  • Track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, comfortable running multiple accounts in parallel
  • Fluent in English and French

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing teams, agencies, or creator platforms
  • Familiarity with CS tools like Gainsight or ChurnZero

  • Gross and net retention across your portfolio
  • Expansion revenue driven with Sales
  • Customer health scores and NPS
  • Adoption and time-to-value for new customers
