About the position

We are looking for a visionary Community Manager to join our mission. In this key role, you will lead our efforts to nurture a vibrant and engaged community, contributing to the development of strategies that not only enhance the user experience but also amplify our brand's reach.

As a Community Manager, you will...

  • Promote the growth of the creator community by implementing strategies aimed at boosting engagement and expanding our network of influencers.
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to the community, addressing their questions and requests across all our communication channels, while promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
  • Create content that resonates with our community, aligned with our brand values and enhancing brand visibility, all in close collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Analyze community feedback and social media trends to guide content strategy and community development strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to develop community engagement strategies, leveraging insights and results obtained.
  • Elevate user feedback by advocating for their interests and preferences, to inform product development and content strategies.

In addition to the responsibilities described above, Heylist will support you in identifying your interests and development opportunities, and we will help you integrate them into your role.

About you

You will succeed as a Community Manager if you are...

  • Experienced, with more than 2 years in community management, social media, or related fields involving online community management.
  • Strategically savvy, with a broad perspective and innovative approach to engaging community members and supporting business objectives.
  • Data-driven, with a decision-making approach based on insights, and the use of performance analytics to guide strategic adjustments.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and excel in cross-functional environments, promoting teamwork and unity towards common goals.
  • Inclusive and committed to creating a community environment that welcomes diverse perspectives and fosters a sense of belonging for all members.
